Club support, is the collective term for a package of support services, Fysioplein offers to sport clubs. The goal is to keep sporters physically fit and is specifically focused on preventing injuries.

Join(t) Forces is a challenging and effective exercise programme that is developed to prevent knee injuries with boys and especially girls aged 12 to 18 years old. Fysioplein helps trainers and coaches to use this programme as a warming up. The programme decreases the chance of a severe knee injury by 50 to 70%! For more info www.jforces.nl.

Fysioplein makes together with the club a health page on the website. The website informs members about injury prevention and uses information videos from Fysioplein. The clips are about prevention and first aid for injuries.
Training for inexperienced train(st)ers and coaches
On a club location Fysioplein will provide an information evening for inexperiences train(st)ers and coaches. They will learn how to build up a responsible training and to make a planning for the week and the whole season. The training is specifically for train(st)ers and coaches of youth teams.r
Within 24 hours an appointment with the physiotherapist
All members of the club can be treated by a (sport) physiotherapist or manual therapist within 24 hours.
First Aid kit and coldpacks
Fysioplein provides all youth teams with a first aid kit and coldpacks .
Sport shoe advice
With the help of a clever digital analysis system Fysioplein gives sport shoe- and/or sport shoe sole advice at the club.
